Shipments to the U.S. Resume

We are happy to announce that we have resumed shipping to the United States. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding during the suspension period.

Any additional taxes resulting from the new U.S. tariff regulations will be covered by us, so you can shop your favorite items just as you did before.

New Shipping Format for the United States

• Shipping method: Japan Post UGX (After arrival in the U.S., parcels are handled by FedEx)
• Shipping fee: 6,000 JPY
• Estimated delivery time: Approximately 10 days
• Leave-at-the-door delivery

* Free shipping is not available for U.S. orders.

Returns & Exchanges

• If a parcel is returned to us due to personal reasons on the customer’s side, the order will be canceled after deducting the round-trip shipping fee.

• If you find a quality issue with an item you purchased, please contact us and send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. After confirming the issue, we will process a refund accordingly.
