GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping services now.
Shipping fee is set as below:

For Australia, there is a possibility that we additionally charge remote area delivery fee , which is 2,800JPY, depending on the shipping address.
Free shipping on orders over ￥10,000(approx.$95) to Australia and USA and ￥8,000(approx. $76) to the other countries.
Please allow 3-14 business days for order processing and verification.
At the latest, delivery will be made with 30 days from the date the order was confirmed. Delivery also can be delayed due to adverse traffic condition or weather condition. And depending on the shipping region, delivery may take longer than usual.
We do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday to Friday, with the exception of Japanese public holiday.
For unsuccessful deliveries, a delivery advice will be placed at your address.
Please contact the forwarder to schedule for re-delivery.
If the registered mail is not collected in around 10 days (depending on the destination postal administration), it will be returned to us.
In this case, you will have to bear the fee to re-ship the items to your address. If you do not want us to re-ship your package, we may refund you the total cost of your purchase without the shipping fee. Please note that we cannot accept any parcels returned to us without notice in advance.
About returned goods exchange
* If you receive the item at hand, please confirm immediately whether the item is incomplete.
* Basically, items that can be returned or exchanged will be limited to items of "State at the time of sending".
Procedure of communication of returns / size exchanges
In any case, please note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges without notification.
Although we are sorry very much, please describe the contents of the following to "within 7 days after delivery of goods", please contact by e-mail.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4-9-5, Yoyogi, Grand Eclair Sangubashi, Shibuya-ku, 151-0053, Japan.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
